Moscow, February 02, 2021 – The Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and Suppliers (AQCMS) and Information Agency “Business-Inform” organized and held the online-conference “Toner Cartridge Remanufacturing Centers Work Organizing Pressing Issues – Technical Solutions and Testing, Procurement of Components, and Personnel Training”. The Conference saw participation by the representatives of 83 Russian companies.

Attention: the harmful effect of decaBDE is considered proven in 178 countries including Russia, “doubts” exist only in US, Italy, and Israel. Attention: the RoHS requirements encompass laser cartridges (the definition of “equipment” in RoHS glossary + official confirmation by EC). Why the Russian customs allow the entry of infringing products and what to expect from the planned meeting of “Business-Inform” Group and AQCMS representatives with Ministry of Justice and Federal Customs Service representatives on the topic of RoHS and REACH compliance of imported goods. The most popular cartridges on the Russian market during 2019-2020, remanufacturing and products quality control methods. Open and closed contests and testing in 2021: the participants, dates, prices, and results presentation. Where to learn or raise the qualification in 2021-2022? The experience of European cartridge remanufacturing productions: the opinion by commercial and technical directors, by the buyers of remanufactured products. We present products by GM Tech and Pelikan.
The participants of the Conference discussed together with the speakers the provided information, testing and contest results, practical aspects of Remanufacturing Centers work organizing, recommendations in choosing of toners and components and their suppliers.
In the end of the Conference, the Participants thanked the organizers and speakers and expressed the wish to continue the discussion of the urgent issues of the office printing industry within the framework of other Online Conferences for Russian corporative buyers of printing devices and consumables on the topic of “New Chinese Cartridges Send Familiar Facts into the Box for the Myths”, which will take place on 12 February 2021.
