In this difficult situation the Russian industry of remanufacturing gets a new chance! It is this chance that can give the Russians new jobs. It can give them their local production and help retain the considerable amount of money usually flown abroad mostly as payment for cheap newly-built cartridges. It is this possibility that can give second-third-forth life not only to OEM-cartridges but to quality environmentally-safe newly-built cartridges, as well as to Remanufactured (virgin) cartridges from Europe. And taking into consideration the registration in 2020 of the local LEM print quality evaluation method in Russia, we can say that today the Russian industry is ready to offer consumers not just remanufactured products but remanufactured products with confirmed quality.
