12 of the global industry’s finest will be honored at the 3rd RT Media Global Industry Awards Ceremony on October 12, 2016.
From from July 1 to August 5, anyone can nominate his or her favorite print consumables company, organization or individual—OEM or Aftermarket! 12 industry awards are up for grabs again this year.
Review History in 2015
Last year, both Cartridge World and Static Control Components received the same votes after several rounds with the independent judges. As a result, both companies were awarded with the Global Brand Award. As female representatives in the industry, Ms. Duan Shuhua was awarded Legal Defender Award and Ms. Ou Yangyan was awarded Outstanding Achievement Award. OEMs Kodak and the Imaging Supplies Council both won awards as well.
New Awards in 2016
As the industry continues to evolve, so do the awards need to be updated to maintain credibility. With the mergers and acquisition trends in the industry, new awards are such as Excellent Service Award, E-commerce Leadership Award and New Enterprise Award will provide more opportunities to small and medium-size enterprises.
Award Selection Process
This year, the voting process will be the same. Nominations are open to all, and a panel of 12 “secret”, independent judges from America, Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East will cast their final votes on those nominated. Their decision will be announced at the award ceremony on October 12. And the “secret” judges will be revealed at the same time. The Call For Nominations has begun and anyone from around the world can vote for their favorite company, organization or individual via RT Media’s official website.
Attendance and Coverage
This year, the 3rd RT Media Global Industry Awards Ceremony will be held the evening before RemaxWorld Expo 2016 opens, to include a gala dinner celebrating RT Medias’ 10-year anniversary to include excellent performances and wonderful prizes.
This ceremony will include special guests including government officials, award winners, the judging panel, summit speakers, industry elites, business leaders, exhibition representatives and Recycling Times subscribers and readers. The invitation letters will be sent out in September.
