Moscow, 26th October 2021. — Information Agency “Business-Inform” and Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and Suppliers have demonstrated to the government customer and to the large Russian buyers the results of testing of the most popular toner cartridges and toners, presented on the Russian market in 2020-2021.
The Information Agency “Business-Inform” together with the Association of Quality Consumables Manufacturers and Suppliers (AQCMS), on 26th of October this year, held the Conference “Russian Market of Quality Toner Cartridges and Toners – Best Brands and Suppliers”. During the Conference the results were shown of the testing of the most popular toner cartridges and toners, presented on the Russian market. The Conference saw the participation of state customer representatives, as well as representatives from 134 Russian businesses and organizations, large buyers of printing devices and corresponding supplies.
During the conference 3 reports were heard:

Using the Acquired Results in Determining of the Potential Suppliers of Quality Toner Cartridges and Toners in 2022-2024” (speaker – Alexander Semenov, “Business-Inform” Legal Agency)
- “The Remanufacturing Industry Perspectives on the Russian Market in 2021-2024. The Remanufacturing Industry in the US, Europe, China – Numbers, Facts, Tendencies. The Issues of Quality Provision. The Perspectives of the Remanufacturing Centers Network Development within the Russian Public Organizations and Commercial Businesses” (speakers – Alina Savinova, Stanislav Malinskiy, Information Agency “Business-Inform”)
The participants of the Conference discussed together with the speakers the provided information, recommendations, testing results, practical aspects of procurement organizing for quality and environmentally safe toner cartridges and quality toners for cartridge remanufacturing. As a nice surprise for all the Conference participants came the new issue of “Supplies for Printing Machines” Catalog (issue #46, 2021) and a special issue of “Testing and Quality” (October, 2021).
The next Conference on the topic of “Remanufacturing, Recycling, Disposal and Liquidation of Toner Cartridges – Russian Reality 2020-2021” will be held on October 28th.
